Fruit Coolers

The heat wave on the east coast has been trying! It is September and I am ready for fall, football and fun! Until then, it is important to stay cool during humid and hot days. This is an elegant, easy and fun way to do it other than just filling up the ole water bottle from the tap.

Keep cool with these fruit and cucumber coolers!

Why wait until your annual visit to the spa to get this? There are lots of benefits of drinking cucumber water including hydration, bringing down blood pressure, detoxing and antioxidant benefits, curbing your appetite and soothing your skin. It also adds vitamins and minerals to your water. 




You can also add herbs to the coolers for added benefits like rosemary, basil or mint.  Add lemon and berries for another variation.  Instead of plain water, add seltzer for some zing or a splash of orange or cranberry juice to the water. Have fun, & keep cool!
